      August 18, 2007: Ms. D'Almeida has done it again. She's taken familiar characters and has given them a new adventure that grips the reader from beginning to end. In a tale of intrigue that is rife not only with political overtones but family strife, she's crafted a fun romp that's hard to put down. This is a must read for anyone who loves a good mystery, the original Musketeers or who simply enjoys excellent characterizations and a plot that doesn't quit twisting and turning until the last page.
