August 26, 2009: I bought the whole series of books by this author and am so disappointed! The first in the series is a really a sleeper. The main character comes off as a bit sleezy too. I read quite a few chapters, trying to give this book a fair chance, but it just never drew me in. It is just plain boring!! I don't have any desire to read any of the other books by this author, so I can't comment on the rest.
It has been entertaining reading the tea mystery series by Laura Childs. And you'll learn all aspects of coffee making, while being immersed in the mystery, reading Cleo Coyles novels. I would highly recommend these two authors.I Also Recommend: Death by Darjeeling (Tea Shop Series #1), On What Grounds (Coffeehouse Mystery Series #1), Through the Grinder (Coffeehouse Mystery Series #2), Latte Trouble (Coffeehouse Mystery Series #3).

May 17, 2009: Somehow I came across this book while looking in the mystery section. I was interested because of the title and then reading on that it was about two of my favorite things: wine and mysteries! What a great combo. This was such an easy read I read half the book in one sitting. I would have finished it in one day if I had the time. The characters are great. The storyline is great. I love how much wine is mentioned and the fact that there are recipes included. What a great concept! Can't wait to read the rest of the series.
