    Synopsis

Unknown to the citizens of her small town, policewoman Diana London is a shape-shifting werewolf on the track of a killer vampiress. Through erotic dreams, she is drawn to Llyr, king of the faeries. But despite sparks, Llyr is a complication in her life. Until the vampiress at large finds an ally, Diana and Llyr have no one to turn to but each other.

November 10, 2009: I loved this book, it was very thrilling and with steamy romance. It was nice to know that it wasnt two people of the same race.

Too much sex not enough substanceby Amshar

June 09, 2009: I like erotica but this just wasn't as well balanced as I'd like. The plot was simple but acceptable but was clearly not enough to fill this many pages. The book could easily have been shorter and probably would have been improved by it as this many sex scenes simply gets repetitive. Diana was a bit crude and lacked charm to balance her character.

I enjoyed the previous novel a bit more than this followup. My personal preference in fantasy is a few more rules and limitations on the use of magic. In this series, the vast scope of magical abilities makes it way too easy to find alternative options for the characters than the ones they choose.
