      September 29, 2004: I absolutely loved this book! It had everything--laughs, a touch of suspense, warm and wonderful characters and a rich town that just seems to wrap around the reader from the very first page. Gillian is someone I'd love to have as a neighbor; Sam Law is incredible ;-) and I can't wait for Eric's book! All around, a fun, incredible read.

      September 03, 2004: Well, I loved this book and couldn't put it down! The story was fast-paced and kept me turning the pages. It was also very funny. I really liked the two main characters and there are also some interesting side characters, too. I like humor in books and this book made me laugh out loud in a couple of places. I'm really looking forward to the next book in this series.
