November 20, 2009: "Circus of the Damned" is a great book. Really, it is. The Anita Blake novels are fast-paced and exciting. Just the right amount of violence, blood, romance, and pure excitement to keep you reading until you've finished the book. I found this book to be one of my favorites in the series!

October 27, 2009: I was fully engrossed in this book the entire way through. I love the characters and the action-packed scenes, they combine to make an outstanding series! The plot never turns out the way I think it will, so it makes me even more eager to dive into the next book!

If you liked this series, you will definitely like the (ahem..."steamier")Riley Jensen series by Keri Arthur. If you enjoyed the writing style, you might try the Marla Mason series by T.A. Pratt.

I Also Recommend: Sookie Stackhouse Box Set (Sookie Stackhouse / Southern Vampire Series), Full Moon Rising (Riley Jenson Guardian Series #1), Blood Engines.
