March 17, 2009: A cold case for Betsy to solve. Anyone who enjoys mysteries would like this book. Attention to details solves the case.

But it's still a great addition to the canon!by Anonymous

September 09, 2003: Although this reader realized halfway through how the 2nd vic died and where the lost gun must have gone (no, she is not going to betray which later Sherlock Holmes story gave away the killer's trick), Ferris's latest is a joy, as usual. (Can't wait until December '03 for her next Betsy Devonshire title.) The only disappointments are the comparative neglect of Sophie the store cat and the fact that Godwin is still enduring John instead of finding someone who can appreciate him.
