      Synopsis

An emotional read that will captivate your heart.

      Stella Cameron's:
      Risks
When Jennie Andrew's husband died, she blamed their best friend, Peter Kynaston. She distanced herself from him and all the painful memories. Now Peter hoped to turn back the clock, to reestablish the old, comfortable friendship. But Jennie had always been intrigued by Peter . . . and in her heart she wanted so much more.

      Fay Robinson's:
      A Man Like Mac
As Keely Wilson discovered, you don't often meet a guy like Mac McCandless. This man was special. He'd overcome adversity and met challenges that could have destroyed him. He was handsome, determined and sexy — and he knew exactly what mattered in life. And to Mac, Keely mattered . . .

March 03, 2003: RISKS ... Jennie Andrews is a woman who's determined to make it on her own. She's coping with the struggles of being a widow, with teen sons and with a relatively new business. Peter Kynaston, her and her husband's best friend, is back in her life. This is an amazing story of risks . . . can a person risk his or her heart when there is a very deep connection, that of being best friends? Can they risk the chance of blending two very different lives? I applaud Ms. Cameron for writing a story that contains the real emotionalism behind raising a family. A MAN LIKE MAC ... Oh my God. With those three words, I closed my eyes and closed this book. Keely Wilson, devastated by an accident that threatened her career as an Olympic runner, turns to her first love, her former college coach Mac McCandless for training. This story is amazing combination of characters, emotions and experiences that are sure to touch every reader. Ms. Robinson has put together a wonderful book that teaches us a lot about loving someone with a disability. Both RISKS by Stella Cameron, and A MAN LIKE MAC by Fay Robinson are very worthy reads.
