      Synopsis

Strong, magnetic men, feisty women and the powerful sizzling attraction between them are trademarks of international bestselling author Diana Palmer. Escape with two complete novels — and fall in love all over again . . .

The Australian: He'd claimed she was too young and broken their engagement — and her heart. But when rugged Outback rancher Jonathan Sterling stormed back into Priscilla Johnson's life, dare she hope that this time she'd end up his bride?

Heart of Ice: Sparks flew whenever feisty Kati James went near powerful Egan Winthrop. Though innocent Kati agreed to come to Egan's ranch to research her next novel, she hadn't counted on the breathtaking attraction that grew between them — or Egan's discovering she was a virgin . . .

August 10, 2003: To be quite frank, I profoundly enjoyed only one of the stories from the book, The Australian. It was absolutely amazing!! I love it. I loved the plot, the various scenes, the descriptional enviornment in Australia, the character's personas, the fervent quotes, the wonderful expressions on the protagonists' love for each other, and just simply put, the story overall was extraodinary. I'd read that story perpetually, if I had a choice. And I do. As for the last second story, Heart of Ice, it didn't appeal to me as much as I expected it to be. I was disappointed to find that such a slighty horrible books was written under the hands of DP. But hey, ya know what they say, 'Every great author have their flaws.' I, of course, have an amiable fondness for DP, and my opinions of how very talented and gifted she is still remains.
