This is one of my favorite books. Adrian Duke of Windmere is in need of an heir when he finds out he will die within a few months after that he trys to find his wife a new husband so she will not be alone, his wife Miranda Warfield has been with him for 9 years but is pronounced barren and cannot produce an heir, after finding out throughout there marrige adrian has been wandering she sits by and endures them until adrian comes to her with his plan to have an heir, initially she agrees and tries her best to produce one. Miranda does not like how adrian comes to her only when needed and begins to ignore him on a regular basis, seeing the woman he onced loved is loosing interest, he tries to convince her that he truly loves her but secrets runs them apart once miranda finds out his plans to find her a new husband, miranda is long past forgiving and adrian seems to be the only one who is trying to rekindle there relationship can adrian remind her of the love they once shared?
I loved the story overall i loved the ending it was very sweet adrian ends his affairs and miranda ends up fufilling both there wishes, this is a perfect forgive and forget romance novel that i will read over and over again
