      Synopsis

From a top-selling fiction writer comes a romance set amid Australia's Great Barrier Reef. Their association is supposed to be strictly business, and they are very different people. But the tropics create a different world. And for Mandy and Damon, paradise is only a heartbeat away.

      Biography

Elizabeth Lowell has written a variety of genres under a variety of names, some with her husband Evan Maxwell and some on her own. But it is her romance novels -- starring the romantic, swashbuckling Donovan family -- that have been her biggest solo success.

February 28, 2006: I prefer romantic suspense to straight romance so this was a little out of my genre'. However, I like Elizabeth Lowell and so I gave it a try. I thought both main characters were shallow and a bit selfish. An ok read if you can't find something else to peak your interest.

November 04, 2001: I LOVED it. It kept me up late until my eyes couldn't stay open. Once you get started, you won't want to stop until you get to the last word. Keeps you up all night, turning pages to see what happenes next.
