March 04, 2009: Laurel was only trying to protect her young charge, Teddy, when she climbed out the window onto the roof and ran away from the house. Now she has a P.I. on her trail trying to find Teddy and take him back to his father. Sam Lassiter believed the man that hired him really cared about getting his son back, but once he sees the innocence in Teddy's nanny's eyes he can't help but think that she's innocent. But, what will that mean for Sam and Laurel and Teddy?
This book was really good because while it had a good plot it also paid a lot of attention to the romance. I thought that the romance started pretty quickly, but had nice development for the small book. I would suggest this book to anyone who likes Harlequin Intrigue and people who are looking for a quick, romantic thriller. Loved it!
