      December 05, 2006: This book was very informative and taught me things that I would have never asked about. Very easy to read and can be read in a short time. I plan on buying Vanessa's other book Get in the Game!

      December 27, 2005: I found this book to be full of misinformation. Just one example: the author advises buyers not to find their own real estate agent, but to use the same agent as the seller is using. This smacks of conflict of interest, and doesn't sound like this author has the buyer's interest in mind.
