June 06, 2009: Quite like the way Cook's put the book together. Not too much time spent on dabbling in deep insight into the obvious about management. A very practical work, I found the worksheets and suggestions useful immediately. Also appreciated the generic value of the book - I do have a great deal of different projects going and find it is an almost same-size-fits all.
