December 05, 2005: This should be required reading for EVERYONE who is trying to accomplish personal, professional, or organizational change. Unfortunately, the science-focused writing style and technical language keeps it out of the hands of the very folks who could probably derive the most benefit. NOT a Sunday read - this is a work that requires committment and devotion to get through and finish... but the trade is worth the price - your life will CHANGE, and so will your ability to understand, diagnose, and inspire truly effective and sustainable change. Only for the educated brain and the insatiable intellectual... but WOW - This book taught me what I needed to know and has proven to be the foundation of my life work, and SUCCESSFUL change management consulting practice. Plain old Joe Bob wouldn't last past page 10, but SCIENTIST/DOCTOR Joe Bob, would say, 'Check It Out!' Enjoy.
