January 14, 2008: Normally when one sees a book of the title, 'Zero to One Million,' one may think this is too good to be true. But this is no false hope. Ryan Allis has taken everything he knows about creating a business and has failed to miss every pertinent detail in creating a multi-million dollar cooporation. When one is serious about starting their own business, one should open Zero to One Million and take seriously the 10-step guide Allis provides. You may think he was sitting right next to you while you watch your business grow. Allis also provides a back-history to how he started his cooporation. The easy thing to do is skip over the part until one gets to the 10-step handbook. What some may not understand is that the background biography can hit close to home for a lot of readers as most may go or have gone to college with similar expectations. In that section Allis shares many lessons he has learned throughout his college enrollment, however the most important lesson learned that I have picked up is 'believe in the improbable.' Throughout the book, Allis also refers to other books that one should look into. This is highly recommended, as I will be taking my own advice shortly, because in reading those books, one is able to get insight on the way Allis' mind works, and is also able to use same knowledge he has gained through others' works. Zero to One Million has encompassed all what is necessary in starting a business, and though there will be more steps in creating a cooporation, one cannot do without this helpful guide.
