We must depend on the employee group to monitor processes, make recommendations for improvment and deliver qualilty.     May 27, 2000: I'm a Receiver in a Storeroom Department in an aluminum producing plant. My job is to open, verify contents, and receive goods coming into our plant. When I opened this package and found 80 of these books, my curiosity was certainly aroused! I started reading the book and COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN! I read it on my breaks and my lunch hour and almost finished it by the end of my shift. I had to send it on to the person who ordered it, but I won't ever forget what I read. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and would recommend very highly for anyone who works for a living to take the time to read it. If you want to be awakened to how your workplace atmosphere could and should be like - PLEASE READ THIS BOOK!
