What is it about four-year-olds that makes them  so lovable? What problems do four-year-olds have?  What can they do now that they couldn't do at  three? Drs. October 04, 2008: I was given a copy of this book that was published in 1976 by the same authors and there was a section about potty training and laying down newspaper for you child to go on. Hmm..Can you really value an author's opinion when they suggest placing your son in the bathroom pantless and teling him to have a movement on the newspaper in the hopes that eventually he will progres to using his own potty, and then the toilet. I hope that section is no longer in the new book.
