      August 15, 2009: I purchased this book on the recommendation of a friend who knew I was tired of trying diet after diet and not feeling successful. "A Younger, Thinner You" was just what the doctor ordered. Dr. Braverman writes in a relaxed and informative manner that doesn't overwhelm you with medical lingo.

      Within the first couple chapters of the book your presented with a test that determines your possible vitamin deficiencies. He then explains how these deficiencies make their presence known in your daily life. His description of my two major areas of lack were dead on. I took the book and headed right to the health food store. After two weeks of following his recommended plan, I'm down almost 10 pounds and have all but eliminated my cravings.

      The only thing I would have liked was more information about the vitamins and supplements in regards to dosages. There's a lot of information out there and I had to search some things out on my own. His professional opinion would have been great.
