October 27, 2007: Open up your mind, I did!! Come on---eat differently, and help my body stay younger? I picked this book up on a whim! And, I have to admit, this is EXCELLENT! You NEED to pick this up! Why? Why not? Learn how what we put in our bodies affects us, and not just our biceps or abs...but our brains and other organs! I am not a doctor, nor a magazine editor (as the other two reviewers)..I am just your average joe--and VERY affected by this book!

Baverman reveals that poor dietary and lifestyle choices or inherited weaknesses result in signals from organs in crisis that begin to cause aging with a domino effect. Many of his recommendations are easy to adopt and give hope to people with failing health.
