      December 31, 2006: Excellent book...telling it just like it is. With recipes concerned with allergies, and health conditions! Not just just fattening items! I loved it. In the back it talked about ingredients, flavorings, etc. It's a caring book for healthy treats. I enjoyed it.

      June 07, 2005: What a great book! Not only is it full of easy to make recipes for dog treats, but it also includes additional, helpful information to improve your dog's health and well-being. I've made a number of the treats and they are a big hit with my dog (and cats too -- don't tell!). I especially like the sections on grain-free treats, and recipes for dogs with special needs. The recipes are simple, and even stand up to an ingredient substitution or two if necessary. I can't imagine ever bringing home store-bought treats again!
