October 05, 2009: Everyone who has seen me swim with this book has asked to borrow it. It is a great tool for any swimmer needing to change their daily swim workout. I would recommend this to anyone for a new focus on swimming and pushing your limits. Easy to follow, and fun!!

January 02, 2007: Really great book if you are training for tri's and need to go to the pool with a structured workout to accomplish. I have throughly enjoyed using it for 2 years now. There are many workout options and each option has 2 different distances. The downside to the book? Well, maybe the only downside is that it doesn't really cater to 'new' swimmers who can't swim more than around 1500 yards a session. Although, the workouts are easy to trim down on the fly poolside.
