February 23, 2009: A great book to pick up and read any page, any time, any where. A make me feel good book. I usually read a page and then write in my journal about my feelings of what was read.

April 18, 2006: Thoroughly enjoyed this book and keep going back to read it again. Each word gives a bite-size morsel of wisdom, thought provoking nurturing. (For those who are considering buying this - it was first published as 365 Words of Well-Being for Women - it's not 2 different books!)
