August 15, 2001: I just returned from a medical-missionary mission to Honduras in remote villages it helped me so much. Taught me about some of their beliefs and helped prepare me for the culture. The treatments were consistent with a lot of medical training I had.

May 11, 2001: I used this to treat myself many times while living in West Africa. I would highly recommend this book to anybody who is going to travel. There is also a French version (I think it is Il n'y a pas docteur) - which you could give to a local medical provider to help you out.
