May 01, 2009: This book was calming to me as my spouse and I are trying to conceive our first child. I had a lot of common questions that took too much of my doctors time and to keep the secret of trying, I couldn't ask my usually reliable mother and friends! So this book answered many of those common and uncommon questions that I had.
