This work is not only written for trainers, but human resource professionals in all aspects will gain valuable knowledge of how to help position their training efforts strategically. HRD professionals can gain an increased understanding of how to create a learning culture that will better meet the expectations of the organizations key customer and stakeholder ? the CEO. This book is a must read for those who desire to strengthen the position of the training function in their organization.
