January 24, 2010: This cookbook by Weight Watchers provides a variety of very tasy recipes for the dieter, especially one participating in one of the Weight Watchers programs. The food preparation is uncomplicated and the ingredients are ones I already have in my kitchen for the most part. Recipes are accompanied by mouth-watering photos and it's easy to forget you're on a diet. Because points and other food values are provided it helps me plan meals knowing how a given recipe fits into my daily plan. This cookbook stays on my kitchen counter for easy reference a great deal of the time.

January 16, 2010: I purchased this book to find some easy, everyday recipes to help me with my weight watchers. After looking throught the 500 recipes, there were only 5 or so that appealed to me. These recipes were very complicated and involved a lot of ingredients. Most of them I had no idea what they even were and were not practical to everyday life cooking.
