October 01, 2008: Real workout programs that this 44 year loves. I feel like I have made more progress in the past 5 weeks than I did all year. Plus they only take about 30 minutes to finish. Moving on to the third book after finishing Volume I.

April 27, 2006: I went from 167 to 145 in 12 weeks. The workouts were concise and must have worked! I see definition in my arms and legs instead of fat. Starting Volume II today!
