      Biography

Amazingly prolific and relentlessly suspenseful, Dean Koontz can be counted on for chilling, sometimes gory stories that occasionally overlap genres. His novels can jump from straightforward crime to sci-fi to horror, but the one thing he's consistent about is delivering nail-biting yarns that have kept fans reading for more than three decades.

Fun book for ADULTS. NOT FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS OR YOUNG HS-ERS.by Anonymous

November 21, 2009: Don't let your youngster read this book. It has slow-motion graphic detail of sex, violence, stalking, and live porn. Having said that, I enjoyed it as a quick, exciting read. It's not a literary piece, for sure. It's a Lifetime movie-type plot that would be rated R or NC-17 if filmed exactly as written.

A page turner that has thrills and heartwarming momentsby Anonymous

September 26, 2009: Watchers is a science thriller with a K9 touch. The plot twists are often unpredictable and while character development is a bit lacking, the characters are interesting.
