    September 17, 2006: Le c?l?bre quotidien New-yorkais vient de publier un guide pratique destin? au particulier sur la meilleure mani?re de g?rer son patrimoine dans un monde changeant, tant sur le plan des habitudes de consommation, que des lieux de production, mais surtout des techniques de gestion. Jeff Opdyke, journaliste au Wall Street Journal ?claire le lecteur par l?effort p?dagogique de pr?sentation des organisations ?conomiques qui fondent les r?volutions d?utilisation des structures (banques, recours ? des contrats multi- supports d?assurance, m?fiance aupr?s des organismes de ? contr?le ?). L?int?r?t majeur de ce guide est de ne pas se replier sur sa situation mais de s?ouvrir au monde, car rien n?est plus simple que la gestion hors fronti?res de ses avoirs. L?euro a permis aux europ?ens de commencer ce pas, m?me si de fortes r?sistances d?int?r?ts veulent en limiter l?exercice pour maintenir des situations de monopoles financiers ou de conseils qui craignent de voir ?chapper une partie de leur client?le hors site.
