      November 10, 2002: The author is a veterinarian who has written an excellent book on the intelligent, loving, sensitive Vizsla. This is the perfect book for someone thinking about owning a Vizsla but isn't ready to buy a larger, more expensive book. Unlike other short dog books who only devote maybe one chapter to the specific breed and the rest is general dog information, this book is entirely about Vizslas, their history, their personality, and how to care for one. It will give you a great feel for the breed. It is well-written and full of wonderful color photos. I highly recommend it!

      December 21, 1999: Very nicely done, the pictures are more than worth the price of the book. Ver informative. Highly recommended. The only downside is that it is too short!!!
