This book illustrates the benefits of veganism to the environment, to our health and to the animals that are silently tortured. No exaggerations or fanaticism necessary, just facts and witnesses. I am purchasing several additional copies of this book to lend out, these are important issues that we all have a responsibility to know about and act upon.

I have been vegetarian for a few months and have now made the switch to vegansim. This book covers all reasons to become vegan, for health, environmental purposes, and to spare animals. He looks at vegetarian/vegan diets from multiple doctors like Ornish and Terry Shintani. He also talks about Farm Sanctuary which rescues animals in need. I loved this book and found it quick and interesting reading.
