    A Good Recipe Referenceby R0

March 23, 2009: I bought this book looking for fast packed-lunch ideas and strategies. The information about how to pack a lunch is invaluable, but the pictures are inspiring. I've learned that kids will try almost anything as long as it looks good. One drawback to this book is the use of a lot of meat analogues and dairy substitutes which tend to be pricey and/or difficult to find. Otherwise you might have to play with the seasonings after making something for the first time. Overall it's a good book with a lot of ideas.
