This unique collection of twelve original designs, each suitable for framing, features unicorns in settings with faeries and other creatures. The collection also includes the signs of the zodiac and stirring writings composed by the artist. This sixteen-month calendar measures 12 by 24 inches when open and 12 x 12 inches when closed. It includes the months of September through December 2009 and provides plenty of space for daily notations. This is the third calendar created by the artist and is dedicated to the memory of her mother and the whimsical spirit in all of us.

Biography

The dream started small, just a doodle on a notepad for her mom, now Gina Befera and her unicorn calendars are known worldwide. She began drawing unicorns to amuse her mother who died in 2006. She then published her first unicorn calendar in 2007. In 2008, her second unicorn calendar Unicorns and Other Magic, became a number one seller on the Internet. Befera studied art and music, and now writes, paints, and performs. In addition to publishing her calendars, her freelance marketing company, Idea Works STUDIOS, also helps small businesses realize their dreams to succeed. Gina lives and works in Duluth, Minnesota.
