      Synopsis

In the cold of winter, Pioneer Square's homeless are being butchered, and zombies have been seen roaming the streets of the underground city buried beneath modern Seattle. Greywalker H arper Blaine is asked to investigate by her friend Quinton, who fears he may be implicated in the deaths. They soon discover that someone has unleashed a monster of ancient legend- and H arper must deal with both the living and the dead to find the creature and put a stop to it...unless it stops her first.

May 02, 2009: One was fantastic, two was one step past that, and this book might be the best so far! That's remarkable, since the first two were so good. Some authors lose steam the further along in a series they get - Kat Richardson seems to gain it! I absolutely love Harper and all her creepy friends, and I really can't wait for the next adventure! Please hurry, Kat!

February 16, 2009: This book was by far the best in the series so far, the use of indian folklore was very interesting. It really showed the darker more exciting side of Seattle. She revealed the secret identity of one of the characters. The author really let you see deeper into her characters heads. And finally! a little romance.

I Also Recommend: Bitten to Death, Blood Noir (Anita Blake Vampire Hunter Series #16), Greywalker (Greywalker Series #1), Greywalker (Greywalker Series #1), Poltergeist (Greywalker Series #2).
