    August 01, 2009: I bought this thinking I would find only a few recipes I could use on my highly restrictive allergen diet. With the return policy, I thought I would probably copy a couple of recipes and return it. No way! I shared it with a friend who wanted copies of a couple of dozen recipes. Then, found I would need to copy almost the entire book of two hundred recipes. The cost of printing copies would be more than the book. Great companion to The UltraMind Solution.

    May 30, 2009: I am not a health nut, but, my husband is one. He is always bringing home new diet books and cookbooks to try. For the past 18 years of our marriage I have seen a lot of different cookbooks. This is the first cookbook that is easy to follow and has great tasting recipes! Everyone in the family loves these recipes....even the kids!! Well Done.
