October 08, 2009: Hello all, My name is Daniel Millett, when I first herd of this I figured, what the heck, lets try anything. I am 25 years old, 6'1.5'', and I weigh 213.5 LBS. My body fat %22. The really amazing thing is, when I started this, I weighed over 270 LBS, with a percentage I willing forget of body fat. I have been training for practically two years, and I am a true testimony that Jaynie's program has transformed my life beyond the physical. June 02, 2009: I am a "retired" dancer and had begun to put on quite a few pounds after having my daughter. I knew that I needed to change my eating habits and get back onto an exercise routine. My husband is a finicky eater and my 5 year old daughter does not need to diet so I needed something that fit my family not just me. "The Ultimate Diabetes Meal Planner" did just this.
