October 27, 2009: Captivating story! Beautifully written. Listed on our county's "Battle of the Books" list for 4th and 5th graders. My 10 year old expressed it is probably her favorite book yet, next to The Lightning Thief series. Both girls watched the movie after having read the book, and they said the book was better.
