August 06, 2002: I honestly cannot tell you what the appeal of this book is, but my 21-month old son LOVES it. In fact, he loves all of Byron Barton's books. I am online right now because I'm buying the 'Boats' and 'Planes' to add to our growing collection. The pictures are simplistic, the writing is unspectacular. And yet . . . we will probably end up owning all of this guy's books pretty soon.

September 07, 2000: I bought the board edition of this book about a month ago and my daughter loves it! It is just a very straight forward book about all the trucks kids see as they are driving around. The illustrations are very simple but cute. I would recommend this for both boys and girls!
