(Paperback)
This book is an invitation to know yourself. By understanding the structure of your inner mind, you will discover extraordinary latent abilities awaiting to be developed. You can use the principles of Huna to improve your health, better your finances, increase wealth, acquire material possessions you desire, achieve personal and professional objectives, enrich your relationship with others, and enhance the overall quality of life. Perhaps you have used visualization before, but do not know why sometimes it does not work. Know the forces and meet the entities of your mind that control the art of mental creation. Develop and use the skills necessary to effectively and efficiently achieve your desires.
Huna means "secret" in the Hawaiian language. It refers to the coded knowledge of the ancient Kahunas, who were known for healing the sick, controlling the weather, walk over hot lava, and predicting and changing the future.
Huna techniques are combined with Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). TFT/EFT methods are based on energy therapies similar to acupuncture. They have been shown to effectively remove deep psychological fixations, complexes, fears, anxiety, phobias, and negative emotions, without the need of expensive "talk therapies."
Written in a simple style, the book includes many practical exercises and illustrations designed to gradually develop and apply the principles. Each exercise includes a step-by-step procedure. You do not have to be skillful at psychic work. Any one who takes the time to apply Huna can soon achieve important results to improve his/her life.
Dr. Sergio E. Serrano is an engineer, scientist, and university professor. He is an example of the wave of scientists increasingly interested in studying psychic phenomena from a rigorous point of view. He received his Ph.D. degree at the University of Waterloo (Canada). He has taught in several universities in the United States and has over 100 publications in international engineering, mathematics, and science journals. He is also the author of 2 books in environmental engineering and statistics. This book is the result of over 15 years of personal research on psychic phenomena and mystical practices. He believes that the fundamental energy laws of the physical world are adaptable, applicable, and valid in the "immaterial" world.

Reading the ?Three Spirits? is an exciting and pleasing experience that takes one?s mind to unlimited paths of knowledge and change. The book explains in simple language the amazing ancient Huna principles behind the effective and goal oriented exercises and practices presented through its chapters. I found here answers for my long time questions and deep reaffirmation for my strong belief that in life anything can be achieved if one knows how our three selves function, and develops the emotional (lower self), mental (middle self), and spiritual (higher self) skills that it takes. That is what this book is all about.
Dr. Serrano did study and research for 15 years for this book and brings to it all his knowledge as a scientist and university professor. It is an extraordinary book that can change anyone?s life. I certainly recommend it as one of the best books I have ever read on the subject.

July 21, 2008: How great is it to have someone to talk to who understands your entire life history and shares your thoughts, feelings and dreams? It would be like meeting a lifelong best friend for the first time. That's how I feel after trying the first of the exercises in this book about communicating with my 'lower self.' This, alone, is a revelation and a joy. Although I have read the entire book, I haven't yet tried the exercises relating to the higher self. I'm looking forward to those at a later time. For now my lower self and I are having wonderful chats and laughs, sharing memories, interpreting dreams and discussing interesting issues. This is more in-depth psychology than I was expecting, but it is welcome information presented in a way that I can easily understand and use. I am grateful! I have to deduct a star for the frequent misspellings throughout the book which are distracting and occasionally alter the author's meaning ('loser self' rather than 'lower self,' for example). The publisher should reprint this excellent book with more careful editing! Overall, The Three Spirits is first-rate material and an enjoyable read.
