    December 23, 2007: Aside from the Holy Bible, 'Theology and Sanity' is the most important book I've ever read. Sheed sheds so much light on the subject of God and the Church that one cannot come away from this work with the same perspective as before. Sheed is immensely instrumental in helping the Christian see God and His universe through the eyes of the Holy Catholic Church, what the author refers to as acquiring a Catholic intellect.
