    March 02, 2003: This is the first book that I bought about yoga. I found it very helpful and the instructions easy to follow. The book has set up different levels of difficulty so that you can do more difficult poses as you become stronger. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to start yoga, or anyone who wants to use a routine that will help them tone their body.
