February 09, 2009: It's hard to write a review for a collection of short stories, but really this series is very well edited, and the stories are very well selected from some of the best SF writers out there, and it gave me some good exposure to writers I had not read before.

For me, it was really perfect for those short moments when I had nothing to do (waiting for a flight, dead-time in the evenings, etc), or when I just find a free moment to get away.

The collection is nice because it presents a broad range of SF topics, and it is fun to get a bunch of quick little ideas without having to step waist deep into a full-fledged novel.

So: Fun, interesting, and good for a quick break, or an interesting discussion.
