November 02, 2009: Looking for the action and adventure of traveling across space and time or are you just finishing off the series started long ago? Either way you'll get it from the conclusion to the Pendragon series, Pendragon: The Soldiers of Halla. D.J. MacHale completes the ten book series with an ending may just make you wonder all the more.

It's possible to not enjoy fantasy books, and it might make you think. Some books just grab your attention. I have always loved fantasy books, and this didn't change for Pendragon. I started the series long before the conclusion, and it made me want to wait for the next book to come out.

Bobby Pendragon is the main character, and he encounters many problems throughout all of his adventures but especially in this. He has to overcome the obstacles and trials set before him. The opposition to running the universe has only one chance to be destroyed, and it rests in Bobby's hands. Like all stories of this variety, there is an evil.

The evil is everywhere as Bobby zips back and forth between territories and his home, Earth. It has taken over each territory in some way or another. He has to take it on during his time through a war, raids, and spying. It has a lot of excitement, and none of it being without some more excitement to go with it. From one page to the next, you'll see constant action.

In the end, Pendragon: The Soldiers of Halla can be best described as an entertaining and gripping story. It is especially enjoyable for those who love fantasy or just plain action. It has plenty of both. Bobby can excite any type of reader in some way.

In All, A great finalization of the Pendragon series.by Weeble4444

August 15, 2009: This book really ended the series perfectly. My only problem was the LAST chapter. I won't tell you about it and give away details, all I can say is that it really makes you confused and sad that the Pendragon series is at an end...but then again, that's what the great authors do with the last book. So, In All, A great finalization of the Pendragon series.
