November 03, 2009: AWESOME, EMOTIONAL, MOVING, SOUL SEARCHING, ENCOURAGING. THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE WORDS THAT COMES TO MIND WHEN THINKING ABOUT THIS BOOK. THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE READ IN A WHILE. AND THAT IS SAYING ALOT, BECAUSE I AM A BIG READER. HOW TO TURN TRADEGY INTO TRIUMPH? I THINK THAT IS SOMETHING WE ALL NEED TO LEARN. THE OPENING OF THE BOOK IS SO HEART BREAKING BUT IT CATCHES YOUR ATTENTION AND GLUES YOU TO THE PAGES AT THE SAME TIME. AS I WAS READING I WAS PRAYING THAT MAC WOULD JUST TURN HIS GRIEF, PAIN, AND SORROW OVER TO GOD. SO THAT HE COULD BE DELIVERED FROM THE GREAT SADNESS HE WAS CARRYING. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS BOOK. POWERFUL, COLORFUL THIS BOOK HAS A WAY OF DRAWING YOU INTO THE STORY AND MAKING YOU FEEL AS THOUGH YOU WERE THERE. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO EVERYONE. AND AFTER READING IT YOU WILL BE CHANGED, AND YOUR WAY OF THINKING WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. ENJOY.....

I Also Recommend: Singsation, Redemption, Have a Little Faith, The Ideal Wife, Beneath the Bruises.

November 02, 2009: What can I say? Only that this book was not written for me. It preaches to the reader, while to whole time telling you that if you feel like you are being preached at you just don't understand the message. So either I don't want to be saved or I am just stupid. Otherwise, the book has very interesting characterizations of God, and a great premise. It is a good book for discussion.
