    September 01, 2009: I'll be the first to admit that I am a salt addict, that was until I read this book! I was a bit skeptical that removing salt from my diet would actually make a difference, well... it made a dramatic difference. I have lost over 10 pounds and lost inches from my waist, butt and thighs (never thought that would happen!!!) This book is a life change for me and it is definately one for the better. I no longer want to put salt on everything I eat, I now enjoy the natural flavors of food (still can not believe there is no reaching for the salt shaker). I have more energy than every before and no longer feel puffy or swollen everyday. Even if your not a salt addict, you'll be shocked by the amount of sodium you consume each day just by the information provided in this amazing book.

    When you read this book you will learn how to eat healthier, make better choices when you are purchasing food and learn appropriate amounts of food to consume. It's an easy read, the plan is easy to follow and thanks to the Nutrition Twins there are several delicious recipes and "salternatives" to add spices to your dishes. This book gives you a new appreciation for food!!

    Even the slightest change can make a difference!!!! I know it did for me!!!

    August 23, 2009: I know I eat way too much salt, but it just tastes so good! This book is chock full of ways to cut your salt and still eat yummy foods! The book provides salt substitutions, about 50 recipes and a daily diet plan to really help you get started! The book is easy to read and really explains how salt negatively effects your body! I am excited to share this book with my family and friends so they can start eating healthier! The Nutrition Twin Favorites are great and some of their favorites are already my favorites so at least I am doing something right! If you want o get healthier and decrease your salt intake this book is GREAT!!!!
