March 20, 2009: Dr. Garcy has written a book which beautifully incorporates both the psychological and spiritual aspects of self. The seven steps she teaches are powerful and proven ways to work through tough experiences in life by asking simple questions and listening to the answers within. I have had my copy for over a year now, and refer to it often, always gaining new insights and wisdom. As a Life Coach I also recommend it to my clients as well knowing the importance of the tools she is teaching.
Step by step Dr. Garcy leads the reader back to self-empowering thinking and listening to the still, small voice within us all.
