August 03, 2008: I love to travel and think this book is great to have! The book is filled with travel information I??d like to read about what Beijing is like in the event of its first Olympics. There are so many color photos that let me see the new faces of Beijing. It's a real pleasure for me to browse through, and I learned so much about Beijing 2008 Olympics ?C the venues, food, parks and entertainment I had not heard of or wouldn??t have thought about before I read the book. It is absolutely a great travel guide and it??s great to have even for a post Olympic tour. I think this is the best travel book I can find about Olympics in Beijing. With its coverage of all the Olympic cities and venues, it is a good value.

July 24, 2008: This is a great book - It's the first book I have seen to really cover 2008 Summer Olympics and several co-host cities in china. Most of the travel books talk about Beijing or Shanghai, there are very few books which cover cities such as Qingdao, Shenyang, Tianjin and Qinhuangdao. I heard Qingdao is a very beautiful coastal city, now I have a guide to help me! One problem I have is how to book hotels more economically, this book introduced several ways to find good deals. Besides, it also covers shopping, sightseeing, food etc. Very comprehensive! The phrases from the book are also very useful for me. A must own china travel book!
