February 21, 2009: Having just been diagnosed with diabetes, I ordered several books on the problem. Expecting to having to eat plain, tasteless food, I found this booklet extremely helpful. Also, the size is just right for carrying in my purse. It is comprehensive, covering almost every kind of food available, including how to count fast food.

October 29, 2006: Having been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I wasn't sure where to turn. This easily portable book has been a life saver. I know how much to eat but wasn't sure what I could eat. I was under the impression that everything 'good' was off limits. Thanks to this little gem I can easily plan my meals at home and in restaurants.
