May 21, 2009: As an active real estate broker and investor, I highly recommend this book to anyone who wishes to increase their real estate investment portfolio. "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" describes in detail the use of "models" which have improved the real estate investment part of my business substantially.

Not only is this book an excellent, "how to make money in real estate book" but it was extremely motivating.

June 26, 2008: The book was pretty good for a starter but if your looking something that gives direction for expansion of your real estate assets it wouldn't help you much, but it does talk about networking, management, and the stories of millionaire investors.
