      July 05, 2009: This book will take you to the basics for a solid foundation in the profession. I recommend this book to all Realtors and students who are considering the career. If you follow the steps in this book you WILL succeed. Gary Keller takes you through the models needed to build a sucessful business and offers up easy to follow graphs and charts for you to use in your own business. I will keep this book as a reference and motivation!!

      February 26, 2009: This is a very well written and easily readable book from Gary Keller, who interviewed many of the country's top agents to find commonalities between them.

      This book is the result of the research to determine what works and what doesn't work to get ahead in the real estate world.
